Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

1. Be international students (citizens of OIC or NAM member countries).
2. Age Requirements:
   • Bachelor's/General Medicine: Under 35 years old.
   • Master's/Residency Programs: Under 40 years old.
   • PhD: Under 45 years old.
3. Hold relevant academic qualifications and meet program requirements.

Documents Required

Prepare the following documents for your application:

1. Completed Nomination Form (from your government or embassy).
2. Diplomas or transcripts (notarized translations if required).
3. Copy of Passport.
4. Health Certificate (including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B & C tests).
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
6. Motivation Letter.
7. Proof of English Proficiency (optional but encouraged: IELTS 5, TOEFL 40 for undergraduate programs; IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 50 for others).

How to Apply?

Stage 1: Nomination by Relevant Authorities

• You must be officially nominated by your country's ministries or embassies of Azerbaijan.
• Direct applications will not be considered.

 Stage 2: Online Application (For Selected Candidates)

• Shortlisted applicants will receive instructions to apply via the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS) at portal.edu.az.
• The application period for SIACAS runs from 16 June to 1 July 2025.

Important Notes:

• Applicants can select up to 2 degree programs at different universities.
• The application must align with the nationality under which the applicant was nominated.

Selection & Results

• Applications undergo document review and online interviews.

Application Deadline
