We are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts for a specific product portfolio within Zoetis Diagnostics, ensuring market success and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement Global Marketing Strategies – Drive adoption & market penetration
• Oversee Product Lifecycle Management – From new launches to end-of-life strategies
• Manage P&L Performance – Ensure revenue & profitability targets are met
• Conduct Market Analysis – Identify trends, customer needs & competitive insights
• Execute Go-to-Market Strategies – Define pricing, messaging & promotional activities
• Support Sales Enablement – Provide marketing materials, training & tools
• Drive Innovation & Pipeline Development – Collaborate with Product, R&D, Medical & external partners
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with regional marketing, finance & supply chain teams
• Engage with Industry Experts – Gather insights from veterinarians, distributors & stakeholders

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or animal health marketing
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to define portfolio vision & execute marketing strategies
• Financial Acumen – Experience managing P&L & pricing strategy
• Market Analysis Expertise – Skilled in competitive research & business intelligence
• Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven ability to work across sales, R&D & finance
• Effective Communication & Influence – Able to present ideas to senior leadership
• Project Management Skills – Ability to juggle multiple initiatives effectively

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range:

• $91,000 - $131,000 (Colorado)
• $96,000 - $148,000 (California, NJ Remote, NY Remote, Washington)
