Remote Secretary – Plumbing Admin with QuickBooks & ServiceTitan | $25–$35/hr | JCA Mechanical

JCA Mechanical is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Secretary to join our expanding team. If you have experience in administrative support and are familiar with plumbing industry software, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Enter and update data using QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Fexa, and Umbrava
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, proposals, and reports
  • Handle invoicing and follow up on client communications
  • Provide general support across the team as needed
  • Assist in dispatching and managing work orders

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • 1+ year of secretarial or administrative experience
  • Previous work with a plumbing or mechanical company (preferred)

Proficiency with:

  • QuickBooks
  • ServiceTitan
  • Fexa
  • Umbrava
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with dispatching and work order systems is a plus

Job Type & Pay:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: 8-hour day shift
