The University of Twente is offering a fully funded PhD position in GeoArtificial Intelligence for Mapping Vegetation Dynamics as part of the EARTHONE Horizon Europe project. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have:
- An MSc degree in geospatial science, computer science, environmental science, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills (preferably in Python).
- Experience with geospatial modeling, machine learning, and spatial statistics.
- Excellent English communication skills (Dutch proficiency is a plus).
- Background knowledge in climate change, ecology, or phenology (preferred but not mandatory).

Award Benefits
