Role Details:

  • Position: Administration Assistant/PA
  • Location: Fully Remote (secure workspace required, Windows-based PC or laptop needed""Macs not supported)
  • Salary: £22,309 per year
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Schedule: Four-day working week (8:00 AM-6:00 PM)

Initial training combines in-person sessions at PHF's Nottingham office with remote online learning.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls
  • Organize daily diaries and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate clinics, theatre sessions, and procedures
  • Book outpatient/inpatient appointments
  • Respond to noncomplex inquiries and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Perform accurate data entry and process credit card payments
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, private hospitals, solicitors, and insurance companies

What You'll Need:

  • A professional telephone manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT, English, and Maths
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines while working independently and in a team
  • A "can-do" attitude and a knack for learning new software

Experience in secretarial roles or medical environments is preferred but not essential.
