Elevate Content That Converts – Join a High-Performance Creative Team

Businesscoach International is on the hunt for a YouTube & Social Video Editor who can transform raw footage into binge-worthy, high-retention content. What You’ll Be Doing

Long-Form YouTube Editing

• Edit weekly 8–25 minute videos focused on entrepreneurship, business, and coaching
• Apply clean, fast-paced edits with jump cuts, zooms, B-roll, and motion graphics
• Add subtitles, transitions, and punchy captions to boost viewer retention

Short-Form Repurposing

• Create 3–5 short-form clips per episode for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Repurpose content into social posts, blog snippets, and carousels
• Stay on top of platform trends to optimize for virality and engagement

Publishing & Workflow

• Upload, schedule, and manage content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Collaborate asynchronously using tools like ClickUp or Trello
• Track performance and iterate based on audience feedback

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience editing for YouTube or personal brands
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong grasp of storytelling, hooks, and short-form virality
• Ability to match brand tone and style with minimal direction
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and creatively independent
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Fast computer, reliable internet, and ability to deliver quick turnarounds
• Bonus: Motion graphics, light animation, or thumbnail/title writing
