Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

Device Management & Maintenance

• Issue & collect hardware devices for customers

On-Site & Remote IT Support

• Deliver remote & on-site support for hardware & software problems
• Rotate through key activities every two weeks for varied experience
• Assist in covering leave & sickness periods within the ICT team
