Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Bookkeeping & Financial Management

• Maintain QuickBooks Online accounting software with precision

Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight

• Generate & process customer invoices (AR) & manage collections
• Review & enter vendor bills (AP) & ensure timely payments
• Oversee purchase order & order processing workflows

Cash Flow, Inventory & Audit Support

• Implement & improve financial processes for cash flow & inventory
